Yesterday, SB 120 was returned to the Senate for consideration following its passage in the Assembly.  The bill was referred to the Senate Natural Resources and Water Committee, where it is expected to receive a hearing today. A hearing time has not yet been noticed. The 2018 California legislative session ends today.
